High-pressure die casting (HPDC) injects molten metal (aluminum/zinc/magnesium alloys, etc.) at a pressure of 10-150 MPa and a speed of 10-50 m/s, rapidly cools and forms the parts. It is suitable for applications in automotive, electronics, aerospace and other fields, and can mass-produce complex-structured and precisely-sized components.
