Product Description

Stator Rotor

The stator core is the stationary part of the motor. Its main function is to generate a rotating magnetic field when current flows through its windings, driving the rotor to rotate. It is made of multiple laminated, insulated silicon steel sheets (electrical steel) to reduce energy loss. It includes the stator windings.

The rotor core is the rotating part of the motor. Under the influence of the stator magnetic field, it induces current and generates electromagnetic torque, thus outputting mechanical energy. It is also made of laminated silicon steel sheets. Based on the winding type, it is mainly divided into squirrel-cage type (simple and durable structure) and wound-rotor type (easy speed adjustment).
