I. From Design Drawings to Steel Frame
The manufacturing of centrifugal fans begins with the precise transformation of design, much like turning a recipe into a delicious dish. Engineers break down the 3D model into executable processing instructions, selecting materials such as galvanized steel sheets or aluminum alloys. Laser cutting technology is used in the material preparation stage, with errors controlled within 0.5 millimeters, and core components such as the impeller base begin to take shape. Special attention must be paid to material stress testing at this stage to ensure that the metal sheets do not deform during high-speed rotation later.

II. The Impeller's Metamorphosis
As the heart of the fan, impeller manufacturing is a fusion of art and technology. The stamped blades undergo 12 polishing processes, achieving a mirror-like surface roughness. Dynamic balancing testing is crucial; workers drill holes in the hub for counterweights until the vibration amplitude is less than 0.01 millimeters at 3000 rpm. The welding of the volute casing is equally meticulous, employing a segmented argon arc welding process. Each segment undergoes an airtightness test to ensure a perfect seal.

III. The Ideal Test of Assembly and Debugging The final stage is like assembling a precision clock, with all parts in their proper positions. Adjusting the concentricity of the bearing housing and motor shaft requires a dial indicator; an error exceeding 0.05 mm necessitates recalibration. During overall testing, engineers simulate different operating conditions: from ambient temperature air supply to an 80°C high-temperature environment, monitoring current fluctuations and noise levels. Before leaving the factory, each fan undergoes 72 hours of continuous load operation to ensure it meets design performance specifications.
