The Core of Motion Control: Five-Axis Linkage and RTCP

Five-Axis Linkage: Five axes can be controlled simultaneously and move in a coordinated manner, allowing the tool to move along any complex trajectory in three-dimensional space. This is the foundation for machining free-form surfaces.

RTCP Function: This stands for "Tool Tip Follow Control." When enabled, programming only requires focusing on the path the tool tip should follow; the CNC system automatically calculates and coordinates the movement of the five axes, ensuring the tool tip always moves along the set trajectory, greatly simplifying programming.

Main Structural Forms
Based on the mounting positions of the two rotary axes, there are three main configurations. The choice depends on the workpiece size, weight, and precision requirements:

Double Swing Table Type: Both rotary axes are designed on the worktable. High spindle rigidity, suitable for machining small to medium-sized parts.

Double Swing Head Type: Both rotary axes are designed on one side of the spindle head. The worktable does not rotate, providing strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for machining large and heavy parts.

One Swing Head and One Swing Table Type: One rotary axis is on the spindle head, and the other is on the worktable. This balances flexibility and workpiece load-bearing capacity, and is a common general-purpose configuration.
